Conditions of Entry

1. Refer to the General Conditions of Entry and Competition printed in the front of this Schedule.

2. All entries must be the sole work of the exhibitor, and no entry can be entered in more than one class.

3. Each entry presented for judging, must have the Exhibitor’s Grade, (not name) and Date of Birth printed on the back only of the exhibit.    The student’s name is to appear on the Entry Form only.

4. Exhibits must be delivered to the Show Office by 4.00 pm Wednesday 17th June 2026 with Exhibit Cards attached.

5. Entry is to be neatly typed, using white paper, size A4.

6. Exhibits are to be collected between 9.00 am and 11.00 am on Thursday 25th June 2026.  Unless prior arrangements are made with the Show Secretary, exhibits not collected by 11.00 am on Thursday 25th June 2026 will become the property of the Show Association, to do with as it sees fit.

7. No exhibit is to be removed except by a Steward.

8. Prize monies are to be collected at the Show Office from Monday, 29th June to Friday 3rd July 2026 between the hours of 3.00 pm & 5.30 pm each day.  Unless prior arrangements have been made with the Show Secretary, prize monies not collected by 5.30 pm Friday 3rd July 2026, will become the property of the Show Association.

9. Prize Certificates must be presented when collecting awards.

N.B.  The Numbers beside each Category are Class Numbers. Please use these Numbers on Entry Form.
