Conditions of Entry

​

1. THERE ARE NO WATER CONTAINERS PROVIDED. EXHIBITORS TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN.

2. ALL WATER CONTAINERS MUST BE REMOVED WHILE JUDGING IS BEING CARRIED OUT.

3. All Birds must be delivered to the Showgrounds by 8.00 am WEDNESDAY 24th JUNE 2026.

4. Judging to commence at 8.30 am.

5. Exhibitors will be requested to remove any entry that appears to be sick or diseased.

6. All care but no responsibility taken for loss or damage.

7. Classes will be made where there are 3 or more entries received in A.O.C. Classes.

8. Entries in A.O.V. Classes will not be accepted unless the variety is distinctly stated on the Entry Form.

9. Cockerels and Pullets to be under twelve (12) months old, and no exhibit to appear in more than one class.

10. Champion and Reserve Champion Sashes will be awarded.

11. Exhibits will be released at 5.30 pm Wednesday 24th June 2026.

12. The Judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
