Condition of Entry 

  1. Refer to the General Conditions of Entry and Competition printed in the front of this Schedule.

  2. Exhibits can be tabled in the Burdekin Multi-Purpose Hall at the Ayr Showgrounds between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm only on Tuesday 23rd June 2026Otherwise, exhibits are to be tabled in the Burdekin Multi-Purpose Hall no later than 8.00 am on Wednesday 24th June 2026.  NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED.

  3. All Farm and Horticultural produce must be the production of the person exhibiting it, unless otherwise stated, and no exhibit is to appear in more than one (1) class.

  4. Exhibitors must ensure that entries have their Exhibit Card attached before being handed to Stewards.

  5. Multiple display - “3 of a Kind” means 3 matching fruit or vegetables at the same stage of growth. 

  6. In any class having less than three (3) exhibits, only one prize will be awarded.  Whether this prize is first prize is left to the discretion of the Judge whose decision is final. 

  7. As a health consideration, the Ayr P A & I Assoc. Inc. recommends that exhibits should not be consumed after the Show. 

  8. Exhibits are to be collected between 9.00 am and 11.00 am on Thursday 25th June 2026.  Unless prior arrangements are made with the Show Secretary, exhibits not collected by 11.00 am on Thursday 25th June 2026 will become the property of the Association, to do with as it sees fit.

  9. No exhibit is to be removed except by a Steward.

  10. Prize monies are to be collected at the Show Office from Monday, 29th June to Friday 3rd July 2026 between the hours of 3.00 pm & 5.30 pm each day.  Unless prior arrangements have been made with the Show Secretary, prize monies not collected by 5.30 pm Friday 3rd July 2026, will become the property of the Show Association.

  11. Prize certificates must be presented when collecting awards.

N.B. The Numbers beside each Category are Class Numbers.  Please use these Numbers on Entry Form.
