Conditions of Entry 

1. All birds must be benched promptly by 8:30 am Wednesday 24th June 2026.

2. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

3. All exhibits are to be showed in SHOW STANDARD CAGES.

4. Where necessary, permits must be obtained from National Parks and Wildlife Service, Pallarenda, Phone 4774 1411, to move birds. All permits to keep birds, to be sighted for all Form 9 birds shown. 

5. No exhibit is to appear in more than one class.

6. In any class having less than three (3) exhibits, only one (1) prize will be awarded.  Whether this prize is first prize is left to the discretion of the Judge. 

7. Children's Class is any bird deemed to be a pet of the child entrant and not a bird entered by a Senior Competitor on a Childs behalf.  These birds do not have to be any specific breed & will be judged purely as a pet. 

8. All birds to be shown singularly (except pairs) and to be shown in exhibitor's own cage.

9. Exhibits may be collected after 5:30pm for out-of-town competitors. Local Exhibits may be collected at 7:30pm on Wednesday 24th June 2026.

10. No exhibits to be removed except by a Steward.
