In an intriguing ‘Face Off’ interview to promote Wednesday night’s national title shot at Newcastle Entertainment Centre, both Tszyu and Biggs have exchanged words over everything from walkouts and sparring sessions to the phrase ‘Baby Tszyu’.

With Main Event Ben Damon’s sat between them, Biggs also again took aim at a contentious Tszyu promotional video, which shows his rival eating raw meat and hurling a steak knife at the champ’s image, branding it “stupid”.

As first revealed by Fox Sports Australia, Team Tszyu are suggesting that, as the major draw, it should be Nikita who walks last for Wednesday night’s Main Event headliner in ‘Tszyucastle’.

Biggs, meanwhile, is vowing to walk out last – as is his right, as champion – and has suggested he will wait in his dressing room as long as it takes for that to happen.

Discussing exactly that in their interview with Main Event’s Ben Damon, Tszyu said: “I’ve heard you were going to do a little Mexican stand off.”

“We’ll see,” Biggs replied.

Tszyu: “Whenever you get the call, that’s when you go out. Simple.”

Asked by Damon if there was a chance Biggs would wait, the champ said: “Definitely, I’m stubborn

“So you’ll tarnish the event simply on pride?” Tszyu asked.

“Yeah I would,” Biggs replied.

“Wow,” Tszyu shot back. “Wow.

“I guess you’re 21 years old. Still a little immature.

“When I hear ‘it’s your turn to walk’, I walk.

“I’m not going to act like a little brat and have a little cry over pride. When I get the call ‘it’s your time to walk, I go for it’.

Biggs: “It’s not pride, it’s tradition”.

Elsewhere, also responded strongly when Tszyu suggested he had questioned his record, and suggested he was fighting ‘nobodies’.

“I said they quit,” the champ said.

“I didn’t say they were no ones.

“They turn up on the night, but they don’t turn up.

“Do you want me to elaborate?

Tszyu: “Yes please.

Biggs: “They turn up on the night, but they don’t turn up to win

“They’re afraid.

“And they don’t turn up.

“It’s the show, the bright lights …”

So does Biggs feel like he is the A side?

“In my head I’m definitely the A side,” he said.

“But like Nikita said in previous interviews, we’re under management.

“It’s not part of what we do.
